Cristela Alonzo is a American stand-up comedian also known as producer, actress and writer. Cristela is best known for her TV show Cristela which premiered in 2014. The show was her first Latina to ever create produce the show and also star on her own television show. Her life began in Texas however, she later moved in Los Angeles, where she continued to pursue her profession. There have been guest appearances on TV shows like Sons of Anarchy or General Hospital. She has also written for Mind of Mencia, a TV show Mind of Mencia. She also hosts and stars in the TV show 'The View. Moreover, she worked as an director on several movies like The Angry Birds Movie.
